Monkey Hands Gluey Grip provides exceptionally strong grip for pole dancing. It helps keep your hands dry while delivering maximum adhesion—ideal for challenging tricks, intensive training sessions and anyone who needs extra grip.

How to use:

1. Clean and dry your hands thoroughly before use.
2. Apply a pea-sized amount to one palm and spread it evenly between both hands.
3. Allow it to dry for approximately 30 seconds.
4. Reapply a small amount when needed.

Do not apply too much product at once, as it may not absorb properly. Small amounts can be reapplied as often as necessary during training.

Important: As this product contains rosin, it may leave residue. Clean the pole and other training equipment immediately after each training session while the residue is still fresh.
