Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

Returning the Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Condition of Returned Items

Please note that returned items should:

be unworn and unused
be in perfect condition
include all original labels

Note on Loss of Value

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.

Hygiene Notice

For items that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, such as worn clothing or underwear, returns may be excluded if the seal has been removed or the item has clearly been used.

After your request, you will receive further return instructions.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will inform you about the refund.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method.
