At Dancing Cat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return your item under the conditions described below.

Return period

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• be unworn and unused
• be in perfect condition
• include all original labels
• be returned in its original packaging

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

• clothes worn or washed
• items without original tags
• items damaged by the customer

Once your request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to make the return.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or refusal of the refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be issued via the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the problem.

We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
